Hired as a consultant to architect and direct the completion of V1.0 of a permission marketing application written in ASP. This commercial product was then sold and licensed to many companies. The project had stalled and needed software development expertise to get it back on track.
Established the final features and functionality of the product. Directed the staff in the implementation of those functions. Oversaw the testing and QC of the product bringing it to a successful launch of version 1.
